Guests will be welcomed by Maria Sabrina Tedeschi, esteemed winemaker from Tedeschi Winery, who will present her celebrated Valpolicella selections and share her insights into traditional Italian winemaking techniques.
The wines will be paired with a refined spread of Italian canapés by Chef Frederik Farina, including duck leg confit, roasted Angus prime rib, marinated salmon, and a premium cheese table.
