The Bangkok Art Biennale 2024, with the theme “Nurture Gaia”, will take place from Oct. 24, 2024, to Feb. 25, 2025, across 11 venues in Bangkok. Featuring works from 76 international and local artists, the biennale will explore the nurturing essence of Gaia—Mother Earth—and its connection to environmental issues, femininity, and the supernatural. This year’s event includes new works by acclaimed artists such as Anish Kapoor, Aki Inomata, and Adel Abdessemed, alongside emerging talents from across the globe.
Notable venues include the iconic Wat Pho, Wat Arun, and new additions such as Central World. The theme will delve into the symbiotic relationship between nature and humanity, inviting visitors to reflect on ecology, femininity, and the interconnectedness of life through innovative artworks. The biennale aims to foster conversations about sustainability, environmental resilience, and collective responsibility in an ever-changing world.
Co-organized by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and Thailand’s Fine Arts Department, the event will be open to the public and will include a series of symposiums, performances, and artist talks, enriching the experience for art lovers and curious minds alike. River City Bangkok invites audiences to celebrate Snoopy’s timeless charm at “How Do You Do, Snoopy? 75 Years: A Journey of Friendship Through Art,” running Sept. 6 to Dec. 7, 2025.
For the first time in Thailand, more than 100 exclusive works will be unveiled, alongside rare Peanuts™ archives and classic media. The exhibition spans four themed zones, each blending art, fashion, and culture to explore friendship through creativity. Highlights include contributions from over 25 international artists and innovative designs by 24 global fashion brands.
The exhibition also shines a spotlight on Thai talent, with 10 local artists presenting original works inspired by the Peanuts™ characters. Visitors can look forward to not only art but also interactive activities, immersive installations, and special promotions designed to create an engaging and memorable experience.
Children under four enjoy free entry when accompanied by a guardian. Concession tickets are offered for students and senior guests.

Experience Loy Rim Lake with Balloons 2025, a five-day festival blending Thai tradition with international balloon artistry, happening Nov. 5–9, 2025, from 4 PM to 11 PM at IMPACT Lakefront 1. Visitors can float eco-friendly Krathongs on the scenic lake, enjoy fortune-telling sessions with Horoworld, and watch the mesmerizing Balloon Night Glow light and sound show.
Over 100 food and beverage stalls, as well as fashion, craft, and lifestyle shopping, provide endless entertainment. The festival features international hot air balloons in whimsical designs like Capybara, Cow, and Dinosaur. Pets are welcome, and firecracker-free festivities ensure safety for furry companions.

Fans of Japanese horror, get ready—Junji Ito Collection Horror House is back in Bangkok with an all-new experience. Running from Oct. 10, 2025, to Jan. 5, 2026, at the 4th floor of MBK Center, Zone A, this spine-chilling exhibition immerses you in the world of the legendary horror manga artist.
The event features two immersive routes: "Farewell City," a shadowy world of loss and secrets, and "Horror Town," a sinister village where danger lurks at every turn. Both paths lead to the Hidden Exhibition Area, showcasing cursed objects and artwork, before concluding at the Junji Ito Horror Café with menu items inspired by his stories, and the Merchandise Zone packed with collectibles, including the exclusive Junji Ito x Sanrio line.
Tickets start at THB350, with VIP packages (THB1,000) including masks, posters, a special drink, and a 2026 calendar. Early Bird tickets are available until Sept. 19, 2025.
With haunting sets, eerie effects, and encounters with characters like Tomie, Souichi, Fuchi, and the Crossroads Pretty Boy, this exhibition is not for the faint of heart.
