The Bangkok Art Biennale 2024, with the theme “Nurture Gaia”, will take place from Oct. 24, 2024, to Feb. 25, 2025, across 11 venues in Bangkok. Featuring works from 76 international and local artists, the biennale will explore the nurturing essence of Gaia—Mother Earth—and its connection to environmental issues, femininity, and the supernatural. This year’s event includes new works by acclaimed artists such as Anish Kapoor, Aki Inomata, and Adel Abdessemed, alongside emerging talents from across the globe.
Notable venues include the iconic Wat Pho, Wat Arun, and new additions such as Central World. The theme will delve into the symbiotic relationship between nature and humanity, inviting visitors to reflect on ecology, femininity, and the interconnectedness of life through innovative artworks. The biennale aims to foster conversations about sustainability, environmental resilience, and collective responsibility in an ever-changing world.
Co-organized by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and Thailand’s Fine Arts Department, the event will be open to the public and will include a series of symposiums, performances, and artist talks, enriching the experience for art lovers and curious minds alike. Set at ICONSIAM, the “One Piece” Pop‑Up Café Thailand 2026 runs from Mar. 12 to Oct. 31, 2026, occupying the Attraction Hall on the 6th floor. The venue is fully transformed into a pirate‑themed environment inspired by the adventures and locations seen in “One Piece.”
Visitors can explore a range of immersive zones inspired by iconic islands, designed to bring the anime’s world to life through visual storytelling and interactive elements. The café also offers character‑inspired dishes and drinks, allowing guests to experience themed dining alongside the visual installations.
One of the main attractions is a stamp‑collecting activity spread across 10 different areas within the pop‑up. Completing the challenge may grant access to a limited‑edition premium reward, created specifically for the event and available only on‑site.
The pop‑up café builds on Bangkok’s past “One Piece”‑themed events, offering fans another opportunity to engage with the franchise in a dedicated, themed setting. Designed as a casual yet immersive experience, the café caters to anime enthusiasts seeking collectibles, themed dining, and photo‑ready moments in one location.
