Following the tradition of previous Sports Day editions, the event places members into themed teams that compete through fun, game-based activities. The two-day event features participation from BNK48 and CGM48 members, including full members and trainees, creating a large-scale gathering that celebrates connection between idols and fans.

Dates, times, and activities are spread across two days, allowing fans to fully enjoy the experience at a central city venue.
