Brunch Club is back at VIU for its second edition—this time with an elevated one-day-only Signature Sunday Brunch that celebrates the timeless elegance of French cuisine. Join us on Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, as Chef Matteo Fontana of The St. Regis Bangkok teams up with six acclaimed chefs from Disciples Escoffier Thailand for an unforgettable culinary afternoon.

This special brunch highlights classic French techniques and sauces, presented with flair and finesse across curated stations. Guests can expect a refined lineup including Grilled Lobster Tail with Aerated Espuma, Wagyu Beef Striploin with Hasselback Potato and Truffle Béarnaise, a decadent seafood spread on ice, sushi and sashimi, and VIU’s iconic tableside tiramisu.

Price: THB 4,000++ per person, including free-flow champagne.

Set at ICONSIAM, the “One Piece” Pop‑Up Café Thailand 2026 runs from Mar. 12 to Oct. 31, 2026, occupying the Attraction Hall on the 6th floor. The venue is fully transformed into a pirate‑themed environment inspired by the adventures and locations seen in “One Piece.”

Visitors can explore a range of immersive zones inspired by iconic islands, designed to bring the anime’s world to life through visual storytelling and interactive elements. The café also offers character‑inspired dishes and drinks, allowing guests to experience themed dining alongside the visual installations.

One of the main attractions is a stamp‑collecting activity spread across 10 different areas within the pop‑up. Completing the challenge may grant access to a limited‑edition premium reward, created specifically for the event and available only on‑site.

The pop‑up café builds on Bangkok’s past “One Piece”‑themed events, offering fans another opportunity to engage with the franchise in a dedicated, themed setting.
