BYD HYROX Bangkok 2026 takes place from March 20–22, 2026, at BITEC, marking the return of the global indoor hybrid racing event following a sold‑out debut last year. The three‑day takeover is set to become the largest HYROX race ever held in Bangkok, with more than 17,500 registered participants, nearly double the number recorded in 2025.

Known for its indoor hybrid racing format, HYROX challenges participants through a structured test of endurance and strength, combining functional workouts with running inside a controlled arena environment. While elite athletes compete at a high level, the event is designed primarily as a celebration of achievement for everyday athletes who train in local gyms and public spaces.

The 2026 edition features five race formatsSingles, Singles Pro, Doubles, Doubles Pro, and Relay Teams—alongside an Adaptive category created to support athletes with permanent functional impairments, reinforcing the event’s inclusive approach.

Beyond competition, the event also sees the return of HYROX House, a festival‑style hub open throughout race weekend. The space offers food and beverage options, live entertainment, DJ sets, family‑friendly activities, and a dedicated recovery lounge equipped with facilities designed to support post‑race recovery.

"Ballerina’s Sin" is a solo exhibition by Amornrat Jenpanich, presented from March 7 to 29, 2026, at Gallery/Warehouse 30. The exhibition examines how surfaces carry physical and emotional histories through time.

The artist’s process involves deliberate acts of alteration—scratching, soaking, folding, stitching, and burning—that destabilize materials before reassembling them into new forms. Fire serves as both tool and collaborator, producing scars and absences that record moments of force, chance, and transformation.

These interventions give rise to abstract forms that echo inner landscapes and psychological symmetry, existing between control and collapse. Rather than aiming for resolution or polish, the works embrace fragmentation, decay, and imperfection as sites of meaning.

The exhibition is open Tuesday to Sunday, with an opening reception on March 7 from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Silent Theatre Festival 2026, taking place on March 21-22, 2026 at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC). Our festival celebrates storytelling beyond language through non-verbal theatre—a form of performance that communicates through physical movement, facial expression, and visual comedy rather than spoken dialogue.

This year’s edition features four wordless theatre productions, each offering a different approach to physical comedy and visual storytelling. We are proud to present Trygve Wakenshaw, a contemporary mime artist from Czechia known for bold, character-led work, alongside toRmansion, an internationally acclaimed physical comedy group from Japan recognized for energetic, layered performances. Joining them are Zeroko, a modern mime duo whose minimalist style blends humor and subtlety, and Thailand’s beloved GEEK GAG GO, returning with their signature warmth and crowd-pleasing performance.

Showtimes (Mar. 21-22):"THE SHOW" (1:30-2:30 PM), "GEEK GAG GO 2: Lon Mon Du Sier" (3-4 PM), "Zeroko’s teatime" (4:30-5:30 PM), and "Silly Little Things" (6-7 PM).
