Conclude the year with a culinary celebration at Four Hands Culinary Experience 2025, taking place from Nov. 12 to 14, 2025, at Khum Hom restaurant, Bangkok. This exclusive three-night collaboration brings together Chef Ian Kittichai, one of Thailand’s most celebrated chefs, and Michelin-starred Chef Richard Toix from Le Charlie restaurant in Corsica, France.
Together, they present A Franco-Thai Gastronomic Dialogue, a seven-course menu that highlights the harmony of Southern French culinary tradition and vibrant Thai flavors. Dishes such as Surat Thani oyster with tamarind and sea grapes, rock lobster with sea urchin, and local Phuket chocolate sorbet exemplify the duo’s refined approach to seasonal ingredients.
Guests may also choose a fine wine pairing to enhance the experience. Pre-book before Nov. 8, 2025, to enjoy 10% off the menu price, or benefit from Accor+ Explorer and ALL member privileges. Seating is limited for this intimate dining affair, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. each evening.

The café also offers character‑inspired dishes and drinks, allowing guests to experience themed dining alongside the visual installations.
One of the main attractions is a stamp‑collecting activity spread across 10 different areas within the pop‑up. Completing the challenge may grant access to a limited‑edition premium reward, created specifically for the event and available only on‑site.
