The Peninsula Bangkok invites guests to "The Secret Roots of Thai Cuisine," an immersive dining experience taking place on Aug. 16, 2025, at Thiptara, the hotel’s acclaimed riverside Thai restaurant. For one night only, Chef Ian Kittichai and Chef Ying Monnipa unite their culinary philosophies in a special menu that celebrates the complexity and spirit of Thai food traditions.

This four-hands dinner goes beyond flavor—it tells stories of regional pride, familial memory, and culinary craftsmanship. Guests will indulge in refined versions of traditional dishes such as Thod Mun Goong, Khao Tang Nam Prik Khai Poo, Yum Hoi Shell Phak Goot Sauce Kamin, and Khao Mak Sorbet.

Each dish is crafted with premium Thai ingredients and served in a setting that evokes the warmth of a Thai home, surrounded by lush gardens and banyan trees. Wine pairing is available to enhance the evening’s flavors.

Set at ICONSIAM, the “One Piece” Pop‑Up Café Thailand 2026 runs from Mar. 12 to Oct. 31, 2026, occupying the Attraction Hall on the 6th floor. The venue is fully transformed into a pirate‑themed environment inspired by the adventures and locations seen in “One Piece.”

Visitors can explore a range of immersive zones inspired by iconic islands, designed to bring the anime’s world to life through visual storytelling and interactive elements. The café also offers character‑inspired dishes and drinks, allowing guests to experience themed dining alongside the visual installations.

One of the main attractions is a stamp‑collecting activity spread across 10 different areas within the pop‑up. Completing the challenge may grant access to a limited‑edition premium reward, created specifically for the event and available only on‑site.
