Meet the Artisans Behind Hermès at ‘Hermès in the Making’ in Bangkok

Dive deeper into the rich history of French luxury house Hermès and the artisans behind its wonderful creations at “Hermès in the Making,” happening at ICONSIAM on Nov. 25 until Dec. 3.

Established in 1837, Hermès has meticulously passed down its historical craftsmanship and expertise through six generations inside its workshops. Each succeeding generation of artisans has contributed to the evolution and demonstration of the brand’s exceptional skills, ensuring the enduring legacy of the beloved luxury house.

Joining almost 10 of the house’s métiers, who have been preserving and treasuring the brand's history, the brand’s craftspeople are set to show a sneak peek of their expert techniques and exclusive know-how at this special event.

On top of showing off their skills, they will also show their commitment to their quest for quality, durability, innovation, and respect for the environment, which also reflects the brand's image.

Available to the public, interested individuals can choose from different activities offered throughout the eight-day event, from live demonstrations and workshops to interactive activities and films.
