German luxury carmaker Porsche is revving up its presence in Thailand with the opening of its first Porsche Design Tower at Sukhumvit 38 in Bangkok, aiming to redefine luxurious living in the city.
The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, developed in partnership with Thai real estate development companyAnanda Development, features cutting-edge design and exquisite living spaces, offering a blend of outdoor and indoor living.
The building will have a total of 21 floors and will stand at 95 meters. It will also have 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex “Sky Villas,” with units ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters.
Other highlights include “The Loop,” a spiral access ramp for cars, and its facade boasting an “X-Frame” design, inspired by the Porsche Mission R concept car and its exoskeleton structure. It is also embellished with a lighting design called “The Crown,” inspired by Porsche sportscars.
Inside, the tower will have state-of-the-art facilities such as a 25-meter swimming pool, a spa, a performance fitness center, a business lounge, and a social lounge. The living spaces will also be equipped with high-tech features, including electrically powered drawers, high-end customized appliances, and cabinet doors with hands-free solutions.
“I can’t await the opening of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, which will be the third Porsche Design real estate project globally and the first in Asia,” said Lutz Meschke, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at Porsche AG, in a press release.
Construction of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will begin next year and is expected to finish in 2028. This will add to Porsche’s collection of design towers, following developments in Miami, USA, and Stuttgart, Germany.
