Retail District One Bangkok Gears Up for Opening in Late 2024

Pegged to be “The Heart of Bangkok,” Thailand’s most-awaited retail and business district, One Bangkok, will soon rise in the city!

Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of this year, One Bangkok aims to position the capital as the “New Influential Global City.” According to a press release, the upcoming property will house five office towers, three luxury residential towers, and five luxury hotels.

Aside from this, One Bangkok will be surrounded by 80,000 square metres of green and open spaces and five kilometres of tree-lined pedestrian walkways. There will also be learning spaces, creative venues, and world-class arts areas where visitors can work and play.

Its crown jewel, the One Bangkok Retail, will also feature different retail concepts, “Parade,” “The Storeys,” and “POST 928,” offering products from contemporary local culture to world-class luxury superbrands.

The establishment will also be home to more than 250 fine-dining restaurants, bars, and hangout spots and to a two-kilometre Art Loop, where guests can witness world-class art and cultural events and programmes.

For its patrons, the shopping district will also offer membership programmes with exclusive benefits and rewards. This includes a shopping assistance service via One Bangkok Retail’s concierge.
