Revamped Dusit Thani Bangkok to Make Its Comeback in September 2024

An iconic landmark in Bangkok is making its most-awaited return!

Dusit Thani Bangkok, one of the city’s most vibrant hotels, is set to reopen in September 2024 after a renovation effort in 2019. The hotel will rise in the same location at Dusit Central Park, Dusit Hotels and Resorts announced in a press release.

To stand at 39 floors, the newly revamped Dusit Thani Bangkok will house fewer rooms, from 517 suites to 257. However, the rooms will be equipped with wider spaces, starting at 50 square metres. They are designed by André Fu Studio, a well-regarded Asian interior design firm.

The hotel will also have grand facilities and features, including a large ballroom for events and gatherings, a panoramic view of Lumpini Park, meeting spaces, high ceilings, and more. More details, including the hotel’s food and beverage offerings, will be announced soon.

Commenting on the reopening, Suphajee Suthumpun, group CEO of Dusit International, said, “The new Dusit Thani Bangkok is more than just a hotel; it’s a testament to our commitment to evolving with the times and leveraging our heritage to create unforgettable experiences for the future.”
