Have the Best of Both Worlds at the Empire Residence’s Co-Living Space

Placing hotel, home, and office into one space, leading Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC) introduces the “Co-Living Collective: Empower Future” experience at The Empire, featuring the addition of The Empire Residence in the building.

Located on the 53rd floor, The Empire Residence perfectly blends into the co-living setup where "Live, Play, Share, Work” spaces are available in one place.

A new set of lifestyle spaces also made its way to the building, including the “Café Pittore,” located on the lobby lounge of the G floor, and the “EA Rooftop at The Empire,” taking up the 55th to 60th floors.

The residential area allows tenants to share space and amenities within the building. Under the “Co-Living Collective: Empower Future” experience, the Empire is also set to bring more food lounges and meeting facilities that are set to take up more than 39,000 square metres.
