The globally acclaimed MICHELIN Guide Ceremony 2024 is set to return to the shores of Hong Kong and Macau for its 16th edition on March 14 to introduce and recognise the vibrant and rich culinary culture of both regions.

The ceremony will take place in Macau, bringing everyone in the industry together for the prestigious celebration of food.

Look forward to the announcement of the Bib Gourmand selection, recognising friendly restaurants that offer "good quality, good value cooking" a week before the event, in which both the recipients of MICHELIN Stars and Bib Gourmand distinctions are set to undergo evaluation by the esteemed anonymous team of the MICHELIN Guide based on an established criteria.
