Apple’s New iPhone 13 Series Finally Revealed!

Tech giant Apple officially unveiled its new iPhone 13 after months of rumors and speculation regarding the new series. The much-anticipated Apple event took place on Sept. 14, 2021, Pacific Standard Time, featuring four new models: iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

The sleek design and striking resolution of the new iPhone series are guaranteed to make your content more vivid, personal information more secured, and battery life that could last up to 2.5 more hours.

The iPhone 13 series starts at $699 to $1,099 (HK$5,5,999 to HK$9,399; P44,990 to P70,990; S$1,149 to S$1,799). Pre-order starts on Sept. 17 and all units will be available on Sept. 24.

iPhone 13 Mini and iPhone 13

The iPhone 13 Mini and iPhone 13 come in five different colors including pink, blue, midnight, starlight, and red. Apple boasts it’s a tougher ceramic shield compared to other smartphone glass.

The iPhone’s famous diagonal camera was highlighted during the Apple event, as the new ultra-wide camera has bigger pixels that can capture images even in dark areas with less noise.

With its peak luminance, you can take the best videos and photographs using the back camera’s Cinematic mode, Dolby Vision HDR recording, Smart HDR 4, Deep Fusion, and more. Both units have a maximum storage capacity of 128 GB.

iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max

The Pro lineup will also be available in four colors including graphite, gold, silver, and the all-new sierra blue. “IPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max make up our most pro iPhone lineup ever with the biggest advancement for our camera system, the best battery life ever in an iPhone, and the fastest performance of any smartphone, setting a new standard for iPhone and enabling incredible experiences never before possible,” Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing Greg Joswiak said in the press release.

Aside from the most advanced cameras on the iPhone, the Pro series also features the brightest display ever with faster GPU performance, always-on touch coprocessor, and is custom-designed to operate with iOS 15. It can save up to 1TB of photos and videos.
