Bo Innovation Celebrates 20 Years with New ‘Arts of Asia’ Menu
Celebrating two decades of innovation in the culinary world, the two Michelin-starred Bo Innovation presents a whimsical 10-course ‘Arts of Asia’ menu.
Renowned for redefining Chinese cuisine in art-inspired ways, Demon Chef Alvin Leung continues his quest to enchant with audacious creations inspired by iconic artwork and designs in Asian culture.
The ‘Arts of Asia’ menu pays homage to the timeless flavours and ingredients of classic Chinese cuisine with a modern twist, priced at HK$1,680 per person, and at HK$1,280 per person for bookings of four or more.
Indulge in innovative renditions of classic Hong Kong flavours, starting with the Five Oxen, an imaginative dish inspired by Han Huang's renowned painting of the same moniker, made using five distinctive interpretations of ox parts. Nostalgic and playful, the Master Q is a mahjong-themed dish that references the beloved game and locally based comic. What’s more, Bo Innovation’s legendary Signature Xiao Long Bao is also making a comeback as an add-on for HK$90 per piece.
