Chef Mory Sacko Stars in Exclusive Four-Hands Dinner at Amber

Amber at The Landmark is setting the stage for a unique culinary event as French celebrity chef Mory Sacko joins hands with Chef Richard Ekkebus for a remarkable gastronomic experience from June 5-7. Chef Sacko, who earned a Michelin star for his restaurant MoSuke in Paris, is known for his innovative cuisine that blends African, Japanese, and French influences.
This exclusive collaboration will showcase a 12-course degustation menu that highlights the chefs' commitment to sustainability and the use of ethically sourced, seasonal ingredients. The menu will include Chef Sacko’s signature dishes such as Beef Matured in Shea Butter with Mafé Sauce and a creative dessert featuring grilled pineapple with vegetarian pepper condiment.
