La Paloma and Frank's Team Up For A Great Dining Experience
La Paloma, the popular Spanish tapas restaurant in San Ying Pun, and Frank's Italian American Social Club are teaming up to host a one-of-a-kind pop-up restaurant event on May 17.
"Miercoles Calientes" will feature a chef collaboration between La Paloma's Alex Fargas and Frank's very own Vinny Laurie.
This special event will present a fusion menu that expertly blends traditional Spanish and Italian flavours. Guests can expect a selection of mouthwatering dishes that perfectly showcase the best of both culinary cultures, including Beef Tongue Carpaccio, Garlic and Chili Style Scampi, and Fried Manicotti.
The show-stopping feature of the night will be the giant Brooklyn Style Fideua alla Vongole with clams, garlic, parsley, and spicy tomato broth. This dish is a unique combination of Italian pasta and Spanish seafood, resulting in a mouth-watering blend of flavours.
In addition, La Paloma will bring Jerez to Hong Kong for a night on Tuesday, May 23, with a full Andalusian menu accompanied by a spectacular flamenco show featuring the fabulous "Bailadora" Mariko.
Reservations for both events are highly recommended.
