Le Petit Maison is romancing lovebirds with a “Mediterranean Love Affair” for Valentine’s Day. The menu includes an elegant 4-course showcase of fresh seasonal southern French flavors and ingredients, priced at HK$988 per person. The limited-time menu will be served from Feb. 13 to 16, 2025, available for dinner.
The romantic dinner begins with a choice of exquisite starters – Oysters with Homemade Smoked Tabasco and Crispy Quinoa, a velvety Foie Gras Terrine, a delicate Tuna Tartare, or a rich Burrata with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil. Afterward, guests are invited to indulge in a rich and luscious Crab Risotto, elegantly designed to share.
The main course includes a choice from four quintessential French favorites: a tender DuckConfit with Orange and Endive, a Grilled Sagabuta Pork, a hearty 300g Grilled Rib Eye Steak, or the signature Whole Sea Bream, artfully baked with Provençal herb and zesty lemon, masterfully crafted for the intimacy of shared enjoyment.
Accompanying all of these delightful mains are side dishes that include the vibrant Broccolini Infused with Chili and Ginger or the tender Green Beans sautéed in Garlic Oil, or one for each.
The dessert is the romantic finale of the evening — with the Tarte Tropézienne à La Bergamotepresenting a sophisticated symphony of flowers, where refreshing citrus notes elegantly dance a pas de deux, leaving a tantalizing, zesty finish on the palate.
This famous creation originates from Saint Tropez and was crafted in 1955 by Polish pâtissier Alexandre Micka. It pleasures the senses with a luxurious velvety cream filling, infused with the aromatic brightness of bergamot juice and the tangy zest of grapefruit.
