Sip on Seasonal Cocktails 'The Sixfold Practice of Art' at Zuma Hong Kong

Zuma Hong Kong invites you to sip on their new seasonal cocktail menu, "The Sixfold Practice of Art," where each drink is a masterpiece that tells a story around the symbol of a snake and pays homage to the traits of great artists.
Crafted by the bar team and led by Andrei Makarevich, the six cocktails are a creative nod to timeless qualities like wisdom, fearlessness, intuition, charm, renewal, and restoration.
The menu features artwork by local artist Anderson Chan (also known as Dealer) from the tattoo studio MOFO Tattoo, who specializes in Japanese tattoo art. At Zuma, he brings a creative flair, employing snake imagery and traditional Japanese color symbolism like the passionate Benihi (a shade of red) and the classy Ayame (light-blueish-purple).

Highlights on the seasonal menu include the Sage Hito, which blends mango sake, malt whiskey, lemon, egg white, and ratafia float, symbolizing wisdom through its many layers, and purity with its pure white color.
The Spicy Hebi Highball is a bold mix of jalapeño-infused Don Julio Blanco tequila, Calpis soda, raspberry, orange liqueur, and mango, reflecting the fearlessness of a snake with its fiery red hue.
On the other hand, the Kanzo Gimlet represents a snake's alert senses, combining pink guava cordial, Tanqueray 10 gin, and Calpis passion fruit yuzu foam, capturing the quality of intuition in a vibrant yellow.

Indulge in their Murasaki Sour, an eye-catching Ayame purple work of art that you can also consume, embodying charm with a mix of Belvedere vodka, spicy umeshu, ube syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
The Yuzu Peach Mule is all about new beginnings — inspired by a snake shedding its old skin. It combines Ketel One vodka, bright yuzu, sweet peach liqueur, and ginger beer for a crisp, refreshing kick. And that gorgeous Yamabuki gold color is like liquid energy, helping you leave the past behind and sip on something uplifting.
If you need a reset, the Ura Smash has got you covered. With Lyre’s non-alcoholic gin, tangy green apple syrup, zesty yuzu cordial, lemon, and a cooling shiso cucumber foam, it’s the perfect balance of refreshing and soothing.
Each cocktail is priced at HK$140, plus a 10% service charge. Enjoy this daring seasonal menu, running through October and right in the heart of Central!
