Priced at HK$1,580 per person, the menu showcases a selection of Zuma’s signature dishes.

Some of the dishes include the Langoustine Sashimi with Black Truffle and Caviar, Japanese Wagyu Tatakiwith Black Truffle, Premium Sashimi Selection, Miso Marinated Black Cod Wrapped in Hoba Leaf, Premium Japanese Wagyu Miyazaki Sirloin A4 Grade with Tahoon Sauce and Fresh Wasabi, and more.

Couples will also enjoy a special sweet treat to round off their meal, the Raspberry and Vanilla Mousse with Chocolate Sable and Rose Ice Cream, adorned with a heart-shaped decoration and rose petals. They may also choose to elevate their dining experience with a Lychee Rose Petal Martini (additional HK$120) or a glass of Ruinart Rosé (additional HK$280).

Couples who order the Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu will have the chance to enjoy a live sketching experience with Vincenzo Luongo, an Italian artist known for his vibrant portraiture. He has traveled extensively throughout the Pacific Islands and Southeast Asia, bringing artistry to life through his works.

Every table will also receive a special gift card and a fresh rose, a universal symbol of love.
