Hong Kong’s culinary crowd are in for a rare taste of Switzerland this month, as chef Tanja Grandits takes over Botanical Kitchen at Rosewood Hong Kong for two exclusive evenings on Nov. 21 and 22, 2026.

The owner and executive chef of two-MICHELIN-starred Restaurant Stucki will bring her signature contemporary European cooking to the city, which is known for its creative use of herbs, spices, seasonal produce, vibrant colors, and aromatic flavors.

Her exclusive tasting menu moves from three variations of cucumber to sea bass with lemon ceviche and fennel, scallop with cauliflower and almond hollandaise, and spinach dumpling with mountain cheese and caraway.

For the main course, expect beef fillet with juniper glaze and shiso red cabbage, followed by Brie espuma with fig and anise granola, before green apple with thyme mousse and pistachio brittle wraps up the evening.

The menu is priced at HK$2,588 per person, with three- and five-glass cocktail and wine pairings available for HK$488 and HK$988, respectively. Dinner runs from 6 PM to 10 PM, with all prices subject to a 10% service charge.

Reservations are available online via Rosewood Hong Kong's website. For inquiries and more details, contact hongkong.restaurantreservations@rosewoodhotels.com or follow the hotel on Instagram and Facebook.
