Local Hong Kong produce and Chinese wine are coming together for one special dinner this November. On Nov. 19, 2026, Asian-Nordic fusion restaurant æra will welcome Mystic Island Winery for a one-night pairing experience built around seasonal ingredients and estate-grown wines.
The evening puts æra’s ingredient-led philosophy at the heart of the menu. Executive chef and co-founder Chevalier Yau draws on ingredients from Hong Kong’s waters and farms, combining Asian sensibilities with Scandinavian techniques. For this collaboration, those flavors will be woven into a special tasting menu, with each course created to complement wines from Mystic Island Winery.
Based in QiuShan Valley in Penglai, Shandong, China, Mystic Island cultivates 100% estate-grown grapes on its 16.16-hectare vineyard. The winery follows regenerative agricultural practices, while the valley’s granite-derived soils contribute to the character and complexity of its wines.
The dinner starts at 7 PM at æra’s Victoria Harbour-facing dining room at 30/F, Connaught Marina, 48 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan.
Reservations can be made via WhatsApp at +852 9330 0387. For more details, visit æra's website or follow the restaurant on Instagram and Facebook.
