Make room for something a little sweeter this November. Wave Patisserie, based in Kwun Tong, reveals a limited-edition collection for the month. It features flavors such as whisky chocolate, Japanese mandarin, and coffee liqueur-infused tiramisu, with prices starting at HK$48.

Available through its November group-buying preorder, the collection has three desserts: Mini Whisky Chocolate Saint-Honoré, Earl Grey Orange Blossom Mandarin Swiss Roll, and Tiramisu Opera Cake. Each brings a different flavor profile to the table.

The collection is available as a three-piece set for HK$170 or through a customizable selection of three or more desserts. Preorders can be placed online, with a weekend (Friday to Sunday) pickup at their Kwun Tong studio or delivery.

Beyond the November collection, the shop also offers boxed cookies and snacks for those looking to round out a dessert spread or bring more home.

Options include strawberry meringue crisps (HK$48), five-piece Breton shortbread (HK$78), eight-piece Florentine caramel nut biscuits (HK$88), 10-piece palmiers (HK$58), and raspberry caramel nut granola (HK$38).

Wave Patisserie believes that the process of making desserts is not just about the final product. Its philosophy centers on experimentation, persistence, and finding joy in the process.
