Hotel ICON, Hong Kong’s first five-star hotel to introduce durian delicacies, presents an exclusive collection of artisanal durian cakes and pastries. Crafted by Executive Chef Danny Ho, known as the "Durian Prince" and trained under French pastry master Jean-François Arnaud, these creations feature premium D24 and D197 Musang King durians sourced from Malaysia.

The highlight is the Durian Burnt Basque Cheesecake, made with New Zealand cream cheese and topped with durian cream puffs and whole Musang King durian flesh. The Durian Pandan 3D Cake, shaped like a durian, blends three premium durian varieties—D197, D24, and D101—layered with pandan chiffon for a tropical twist.
