Yuta Nishiura Solo Exhibition: Between Words
Venue Name:

Touch Ceramics

Venue Address:

Shop 203, 2/F, Armoury, Block 3 Barrack Hollywood Rd, Central, Hong Kong

Wed, July 2 - Thu, July 31

11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Enter a realm of introspection and imagination at Yuta Nishiura’s solo exhibition "Between Words," running from July 2 to 31, 2025, at Touch Gallery, Hong Kong. This evocative showcase presents Nishiura’s sculptural works as delicate expressions of light, rhythm, and air, inviting viewers to pause and reflect within the subtle space between structure and silence.

Born in Yokohama, Japan, and educated in Tanzania, Germany, and Tokyo, Nishiura brings a deeply global and philosophical lens to his creations. In an age fixated on answers and conventions, his work offers a much-needed “white space” — a sanctuary where viewers are free to wonder, imagine, and dream without resolution. The exhibition draws on the poetic essence of negative space, encouraging each visitor to interpret the works through their own lens, transforming the sculptures into living dialogues.

"Between Words" serves as a contemplative experience where imagination takes the lead, allowing visitors to connect with their own inner stillness and narrative possibilities. For inquiries, contact Touch Gallery at 2562 9000 or [email protected].
