Take a seat overlooking Victoria Harbour for a one-of-a-kind culinary exchange at Nobu Budapest x Nobu Hong Kong from Oct. 5-31, 2026, at Nobu Hong Kong. Curated by Chef Gábor Schreiner, Executive Chef of Nobu Budapest, this limited-time collaboration brings Budapest-inspired flavors to Hong Kong through an elegant menu that blends European finesse with Nobu’s signature style.
Diners can indulge in standout creations like Toro Truffle Sashimi and Duck Dumpling with Wagyu Tataki and Aged Parmesan, capped off with the decadent Walnut and Melting Chocolate Ball. For two nights only, MasterChef Australia Season 17 winner Laura Sharrad and acclaimed chef Max Sharrad bring their signature Italo-Australian cooking to Hong Kong, showcasing bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and the techniques that made their Adelaide restaurants standouts on the Australian dining scene.
Created in collaboration with Bourke’s team, the menu is paired with bespoke Campari cocktails for a dining experience that blends Italian inspiration, Australian produce, and Soho energy. This event is walk-in only.

Raise a stein between races at Happy Wednesday: Oktoberfest & Beerfest on Oct. 7, 14, and 21, 2026, at Happy Valley Racecourse. Three consecutive Wednesdays transform the racecourse into a Bavarian-style celebration, where horse racing meets live music, German beer, festive food, and plenty of after-work revelry.

The Langham Pink Run 2026
