Know Your GuideFong 2025: Experience Tsim Sha Tsui Like a Local This July

The Foundation for Shared Impact (FSI) is a Hong Kong-based nonprofit that drives lasting social change by uplifting those who support others. Through cross-sector collaboration, FSI promotes a flexible, inclusive approach to solving systemic issues and fosters leadership rooted in innovation, ethics, and collective action.
One of its flagship initiatives, Project GuideFong, named after the Cantonese word “街坊” (gaai fōng), meaning “neighbor” or “community member," uplifts small businesses run by ethnically diverse entrepreneurs by increasing their visibility and integrating them into Hong Kong’s mainstream economic and cultural landscape.
Following its success from their debut bazaar last year, FSI is launching a "Know Your GuideFong: TST" event on Sunday, July 6, 2025 from 12-7pm at Heath Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Discover Tsim Sha Tsui Like a Local

Get ready to discover Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) like never before at "Know Your GuideFong: TST." The event invites both locals and visitors alike to dive into the neighborhood's cultural roots, connect with Hong Kong's ethnically diverse entrepreneurs, and support the small businesses at the heart of the city.
The event will kick off at Heath Hong Kong, the below ground mall of ChungKing Mansions, which will serve as the Base Camp of the event. Drop by to check in, grab a GuideFong Map, and embark on your Treasure Hunt across Tsim Sha Tsui.
Each stop on the map represents a local business, whether it's a restaurant, tailor, or salon, run by passionate entrepreneurs. Participants can collect stamps by supporting these businesses, and those with more than 10 stamps will be eligible for a special goodie bag (limited to the first 70 participants), a truly fun way to discover some hidden gems in TST!
Walking Tour, Pop-Up Market, & Workshops

Dive deeper and join GuideFong's Walking Tour happening at two separate times at 3pm or 5pm.
The tour offers a guided journey through TST's vibrant streets shops, markets, and a historical religious site that attracts over a million visitors every year, offering a closer look at the people and traditions that make Tsim Sha Tsui so unique.
Secure your slots quickly as each tour is capped at a maximum of 15 pax! You can register for your slot through Eventbrite (see How to RSVP below) or at the Base Camp while you check in on the day.
