Asia’s Leading Food & Hospitality Tradeshow: HOFEX 2023 in Hong Kong

The HOFEX 2023 trade show, one of Asia's leading events for food and hospitality, is in Hong Kong from May 10 to 12 this year. This year, the event brought together over 1,200 brands from around the world, for industry traders to learn, network and gain market insights.

With 36 years of excellence, HOFEX – Asia’s Leading Food & Hospitality Tradeshow, has been taking the industry on numerous extraordinary journeys of culinary delicacies from all over the world. The Exhibition this year will bring a comprehensive selection of Food & Drinks, Bakery & Foodservice Equipment, Hospitality Equipment & Technology products to the city to be further introduced to Asia.

This year's event will feature various events and award ceremonies from different sectors, including the Hong Kong Coffee Competition, Hong Kong International Culinary Classic, Hong Kong Professional Mixologist Challenge, Hong Kong International Beer Awards, and more, to recognize industry contributors.

There will also be forums, seminars and live demonstrations on topics such as Robotic F&B Services, KOL Marketing, food safety, sustainability, and customer experience, all of which aim to provide insights into the latest trends and best practices in the industry to the attendees.
