Catch Sleep Well Eat More's Airport Pop-Up Before It Ends

Local dessert favorite Sleep Well Eat More has announced that their pop-up at Hong Kong International Airport will officially close on Nov. 28, 2026, wrapping up a nearly year-long run at the busy travel hub.
The temporary shop, located at Terminal 1's Arrival Hall on Level 5, has been serving artisanal gelato and sliced cakes to travelers and visitors. Open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, fans still have over a month to indulge in the treat before the pop-up closes.
This isn't a goodbye to Sleep Well Eat More altogether; however, the dessert shop will continue operating at their existing locations in Central and Sai Ying Pun.

In a social media announcement, Sleep Well Eat More revealed that the airport pop-up was originally intended to operate for just six months. However, the team was fortunate enough to extend the contract.
Sleep Well Eat More is known for their artisanal gelato and inventive flavors, building a local following amongst the city's dessert enthusiasts. Their flavors have included unusual ingredients and seasonal flavors such as Japanese peach, Taiwanese chocolate, salted egg yolk, grapefruit, and more.
With the airport chapter ending, the team plans to refocus on their Central and Sai Ying Pun branches.
