Malaysia Airlines Comes Hand in Hand With IndiGo to Boost Connectivity
With the goal of expanding their markets, Malaysia’s official flag carrier, Malaysia Airlines, and India's leading budget airline, IndiGo, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) together to strengthen their partnership and provide better service and connection between Malaysia and India.
The MoU serves as a codeshare of partnership and cooperation agreement where both airlines are set to enhance their customer service by giving seamless travel experiences to their customers.
Through this partnership, Malaysia Airlines will serve as the marketing carrier on IndiGo’s operated flights, while IndiGo now gains access to Malaysia Airlines’ extensive connections in Southeast Asia.
Both airlines expressed their excitement about the partnership by providing better service, fostering cultural exchange, and giving each other international trade opportunities.
