Step Into the Whimsical World of Hobbits at This New Attraction in Malaysia
Eyes here, Lord of the Rings fans! You don’t have to fly all the way to New Zealand to explore Middle-earth because this new attraction in Malaysia will give you this experience.
Called the Hobbitoon Village, the new attraction gives visitors a peek into the homeland of Frodo, Sam, Pippin, and Merry. It is located just a few stones away from the Cameron Highlands and Simpang Pulai, offering guests a breathtaking view of the hills.
At Hobbitoon Village, visitors will get to see and experience what it’s like to be living in The Shire, the fictional land in Hobbiton where the Hobbits settle. This includes homes adorned with rounded doors and circle-shaped windows, along with greenery spread across the whole land.
The attraction also houses the Hobbitoon Cafe, a quaint coffee and dining spot with olde vibes surrounded by a small pond and big pieces of rock.
Hobbitoon Village is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. Entrance fees are worth RM20 for kids and senior citizens and RM40 for adults. No prior reservations are needed, but make sure to go early to secure your slot.
