Hey moms and dads, there’s a new indoor playground coming to town! And by town, we mean in George Town, Penang. So, if you’re looking for a new spot to explore for your next family day, this might be it.
Set open in September this year at Island88, the indoor playground is called UFOREA and will feature eight zones. With its futuristic spaces that span over 20,000 sqft., this new adventure is sure to become exciting for everyone!
One of the highlights of the place is the Cosmic Exploration Zone, where a space-themed playground can be found. Then there’s the Brave Adventure Challenge Zone, where your little ones can crawl and bounce on nets stretched from structures of massive, orange-tinged mushrooms! The fun doesn’t end there though! After that, you guys can head over to the Dazzling Light Fantasy area which has a massive light game in the middle.
Now, if your kids are not a fan of climbing and sliding, there are other spots in the playground where they can immerse themselves in a new world. For the little princesses who love dressing up, they have the Fairytale Dress-Up Experience.
Meanwhile, there’s also a realistic grocery store set-up where they can role-play at the Interactive Educational Supermarket and other life scenarios to enhance practical skills at the Real-Life Simulation Interaction Zone.
For the kids who love learning, they have a Joyful Reading & Play Area with a cozy library filled with reading materials and comfy cushions. Oh! And if you guys need to re-energize, they have an in-house café called the “Mini Café.”
The place is complete with child-friendly restrooms, a shopping area, and even a Birthday Party Zone where they can celebrate their special day with friends!
