Malaysia is set to welcome another first, as hospitality group Onyx is opening its inaugural Shama property in the country’s up-and-coming city, Johor Bahru.

Named Shama Suasana Johor Bahru, the soon-to-open building is developed in cooperation with United Malayan Land, one of Malaysia’s premier property and township development companies. It is scheduled to rise in the first quarter of the year.
