Brazilian-Japanese Restaurant Uma Nota to Make PH Debut Soon
Manila is about to be graced with another dining wonder, as Brazilian-Japanese restaurant Uma Nota has announced its debut in the Philippines!
Slated to launch later this year, Uma Nota Manila will be the restaurant’s third location, following its home city, Hong Kong, and its Paris branch. The launch will also be done in partnership with Three & B Group, the brand said in a LinkedIn post.
At Uma Nota Manila, you can expect a fine blend of Japanese and Brazilian cultures, inspired by the urban landscapes of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, on its menu. Some of their must-tries are the Wagyu no Brioche, the Vegan Udon, and the Soba Noodles.
If you’re in the mood for something lighter, you can grab some of their street food items, such as the Dadinhos De Tapioca and Karaage Pirikara. Foodies also rave about the restaurant’s unlimited mussels, which come with a sauce of their own choosing!
Founded in 2018, Uma Nota was established with the aim of bringing unique Brazilian-Japanese cuisine to the global scene with a mix of entertainment, art, music, and an overall classy experience.
Stay tuned for the exact launch date and make plans to drop by soon!
