Krispy Kreme Introduces Special Drip Cake Doughnuts for their Birthday

Hey sweet tooths, you are in for a treat as Krispy Kreme recently dropped their latest limited-edition flavor, the “Birthday Drip Cake,” to celebrate their 85th anniversary!
Perfect for when you want to celebrate your small or big wins but don’t want the usual cakes, the colorful drip cake doughnut is made with chocolate cake drizzled with yellow-colored and strawberry- and honey dew-flavored icing. What’s a cake without the colorful sprinkles, right? Of course, it’s topped off with some.

Priced at P70 per piece, the birthday drip cake can be stacked as much as you can, add a little candle, and ta-dah! You can get this yummy treat through dine-in, take-out, Curbside® and in-store pickup, or delivery via their website. Oh, and they are only available until the end of July, so don’t miss them out.
To commemorate their birthday, here's a little fun fact about how Krispy Kreme first began: Vernon Rudolph, the founder of Krispy Kreme, was cooking doughnuts in a rented building in Old Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to sell to local grocery stores in 1937, the delicious scent would often drift into the streets and cause passersby to stop and ask if they could buy hot doughnuts. He then got the idea to cut a hole in an outside wall and started selling Original Glazed doughnuts directly to customers on the sidewalk!
Coming to the Philippine shores in 2006, the brand has brought so many smiles to the faces of many Filipinos – which is also their mission for their Happy Spot campaign this year! If you haven’t heard, they aim to give away a total of 500,000 original glazed doughnuts this 2024. For future deals and updates, follow their Instagram today!
