The MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu 2027 has added 28 restaurants to its Bib Gourmand and MICHELIN-Selected categories, while FLOW in Makati earned its first MICHELIN Star. The second edition of the dining guide recognizes 127 establishments, including 10 MICHELIN-Starred restaurants, 31 Bib Gourmand, and 86 MICHELIN-Selected spots.

Unveiled on Oct. 29, 2026, at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Newport World Resorts, the 2027 selection also sees Helm retain its Two MICHELIN Stars, while all eight restaurants awarded One MICHELIN Star in the inaugural 2026 edition keep their distinctions.

The additions highlight a dining scene increasingly confident in its Filipino identity, with nearly 60% of the newly selected establishments serving Filipino cuisine from regional specialties to contemporary interpretations of familiar flavors.

FLOW, led by Chef Kevin Jonathan Uy, is the newest restaurant to earn One MICHELIN Star. The Makati restaurant explores the culinary overlap between the Philippines and Peru.

Meanwhile, Helm, led by Chef Josh Boutwood, retains its Two MICHELIN Stars. Still the only restaurant in the Philippine guide to hold the most stars.

The Bib Gourmand category, which recognizes good-quality cooking at moderate prices, welcomes 10 new restaurants, including two promotions.

Also joining are Azela in Manila, Bawai’s Vietnamese Kitchen in Cavite, BUTCHER BOY in Las Piñas, Tatang’s Lechon in Cebu, and Tito Boy in Pampanga.
