Megaworld Corporation, one of the Philippines' biggest property developers, is set to open the Grand Westside Hotel in its Westside City township in Parañaque City before the end of the year. With 1,530 rooms spread over two towers and 19 floors, it will be the biggest hotel development in the country in terms of total room keys.

Guests at the Grand Westside Hotel will have a variety of room types and sizes to choose from, including Queen Suites, Twin Suites, and Executive Suites, with some specifically designed for people with disabilities. The hotel will also feature four dining outlets, an Executive Lounge for VIP guests, a fitness gym, and massage rooms. Additionally, there will be a two-level retail and commercial space covering 1,995 square meters of floor area, making it a one-stop destination for both tourists and locals.
