Mani-Pedis + Coffee: Nail Salon Cafés in Metro Manila

Nail salon cafés are every busy woman's dream.
Sometimes, an hour is all you have to yourself, and spending it means making tough choices. Do you get your nails done? Grab some coffee and maybe a snack? What if you also need to get your lashes sorted out? There's only so much you can do in 60 minutes, and that's not even factoring in Manila's notorious traffic.
Maybe you're in between errands, making the most of a lunch break, or waiting around until the end of your kid's ballet class or piano lessons. Perhaps you've agreed to a spontaneous date, only to realize your nails need a little TLC. Whatever the situation, there's something frustrating about having to choose between getting things done and taking a moment for yourself.
Enter nail salon cafés. They're both nail salons and coffee shops rolled into one. You can get a mani-pedi while getting your caffeine fix, sometimes with a pastry or a proper meal on the side to fuel you for the rest of your day.
Some even offer other beauty services like lash extensions and brow shaping, so you can squeeze a little more into your packed schedule.
And before you can even second-guess yourself: Yes, you deserve it. Go get your nails done and that Spanish Latte. Think of it as self-care multitasking — pampering and productive at the same time.
As of writing, nail salon cafés are still relatively few and far between in Metro Manila. Fortunately, they're not all concentrated in one city, so you might just find one near your area.
Here are the Nail Salon Cafés in Metro Manila worth checking out:
Lavande Nails & Café

For those who prefer their nail appointment to come with a little more ritual than just another appointment, Lavande Nails & Café in Legaspi Village, Makati, offers a luxurious take on the nail salon café concept.
We're talking designer polishes, a private VIP room with leather recliners, and a café serving specialty coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha. All designed to make you slow down, even if only for an hour or two.
Hermès and Chanel regular polishes start at P2,300, inclusive of nail shaping and cuticle care. For something longer-lasting, there's Premium Gel (from P1,500), Builder Gel Overlay (from P2,000), and extensions that can go up to P7,500. Nail art enthusiasts also have three tiers to choose from: Essence (from P50 per nail) for minimalist details and French tips, Signature (from P100 per nail) for chrome finishes and hand-painted designs, and Couture (from P150 per nail) for elaborate 3D embellishments and fully customized creations.

Their café is also worth more than a mention. For one, they're serving coffee that makes use of Asin Tibuok, a heritage salt from Bohol. Asin Tibuok Latte (P300) and Asin Tibuok Matcha Latte (P500). Also, their matcha is whisked using a traditional bamboo whisk. If you'd rather stick to familiar favorites, there's also the Spanish Latte (P270) and Matcha Latte (P440), plus pastries to pair with your drink.
You actually don't need a nail appointment to enjoy the café. Walk-ins are welcome, whether it's just to grab coffee or squeeze in a manicure. But it's recommended to book reservations on weekends. Treatments typically take 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the service, so factor that into your schedule before booking.
For more information and updates, visit their official website and follow them on Instagram.

Restpresso (P1,999) promises something more elaborate with a gel mani-pedi, basic nail art, charms, a hand spa, and a foot spa. Lastly, for the full beauty treatment, there's the Charmed Experience (P2,999), which adds a paraffin treatment for your hands and feet and On Fleek lash extensions to the Restpresso inclusions.

They offer individual treatments, too. Basic manicures start at P500, while gel manis go for P700. Lash extensions range from P800 to P1,500, while brow and lash lifts start at P700 each. Waxing services are also available, starting at P200.
