Commercial Center Puerto Azul Gateway to Rise in Cavite in 2025

Cavite is welcoming yet another property in its bustling community, as real estate developer Puerto Azul Land has announced the construction of its new commercial center in Ternate, Puerto Azul Gateway.

To be completed by the year 2025, the upcoming Puerto Azul Gateway aims to help drive domestic tourism in the coastal municipality of Ternate and give tourists an “all-new stopover experience.”

In a press release, Puerto Azul said that the new property will have about 1,200 square meters of leasable space, catering to its visitors’ dining and other commercial needs. It will also be only 90 minutes away from Metro Manila, making it a perfect itinerary for travelers and tourists visiting the province.

Samantha Panlilio, chief operations officer of Puerto Azul Land Inc., comments on the project, stating, “We’re very excited to launch the Gateway project. This heralds a new age for Puerto Azul Land Inc.”

The developer likewise assures that they are mindful of the environmental and social impact of the project and are implementing sustainability practices and pro-green efforts.
