PH's DMCI, Japan's Marubeni to Launch Condo Project in Pasig City
Property developer DMCI Homes has partnered with Japanese trading conglomerate Marubeni Corporation to develop a new high-rise condominium in the heart of Metro Manila.
Named The Valeron Tower, the new property will rise along the C5 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue in the bustling city of Pasig. It is targeted to launch by the first quarter of the year, DMCI said in a press release.
The single-tower condominium is positioned to have a dual-wing design and resort-inspired amenities to give its residents ultimate comfort and quality living. The Valeron Tower also promises a wide selection of condo units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units.
With its strategic location, the condominium’s future residents can easily access neighboring cities and business districts such as Makati, Ortigas, and Bonifacio Global City.
Commenting on the partnership, DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria said, “Our collaboration signifies a joint commitment to further enhancing quality living and providing innovative home solutions for homebuyers in the Philippines.”
The Valeron Tower adds to DMCI’s 12 ongoing projects in Pasig City.
