SM Hotels Introduces Lanson Place Manila as Pasay's Newest Bayside Haven

A new urban oasis is being developed at the heart of Pasay City. SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC) and Lanson Place Personal Hotels & Residences (The Lanson Place) joined hands to bring this new bayside haven to Manila.

Lanson Place Mall of Asia is expected to have its soft opening in the third quarter of 2023, featuring more than 200 hotel rooms and over 140 serviced residences, Philstar reported yesterday. 

This new property aims to bring forth “an ambience of refined comfort” as guests set foot inside. It has established new locations across Asia, namely in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Shanghai, among others.

Its interior blends contemporary and traditional architecture that highlights modern aesthetics and the Philippines’ cultural heritage. The building will be filled with minimalist touches and exquisite sculptures, as well as curated pieces.

Lanson Place is located at Block 12, Palm Coast Avenue, Corner Seaside Boulevard, Mall of Asia Complex.
