These PH Companies Are the Top Employers for Fresh Grads in 2024

With graduation season drawing near, the search for employers and companies is also approaching. To aid the search for fresh graduates and those looking for a career move, career and education platform Prosple has unveiled its top 100 list of the best employers in the Philippines in 2024.

Topping the list is Unilever Philippines, a consumer goods company that mainly produces hygiene, nutrition, and personal care products. Unilever is followed closely by technology company Emerson Manila, manufacturing company Unilab, computer technology company Oracle Philippines, and energy and utilities company Aboitiz Power, rounding out the top five.

Making it to the top 10 are Home Credit Philippines, Security Bank Corporation, Emma-The Sleep Company, Meralco, and Nestle Philippines.

In the accounting and advisory sector, multinational professional services network Deloitte Philippines topped the list, while Home Credit nabbed the top spot in the banking and financial services sector.

Meanwhile, Alorica Philippines was named the best employer in the business processing outsourcing industry, while Megaworld Philippines was the top company in the construction and property services space.

Cebu Pacific Air likewise grabs the top spot among transport and logistics companies.

Prosple’s ranking was based on student popularity (75%) and program quality (25%), combining the companies’ page views, the number of applications received, and graduate satisfaction reviews on the platform.
