Metro Manila Film Festival Extends Its Screening Until Next Week
Good news, moviegoers! Missed the showing week of 2023’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entries? The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced its extension in cinemas until Jan. 14.
After receiving numerous requests, the MMDA announced yesterday the extension of the 10 film entries in cinemas from their original run.
Following the “49th MMFF Gabi ng Parangal,” where MMFF recognized and awarded films, the 2023 MMFF was deemed to be remarkably successful, earning a gross receipt of P1 billion, surpassing last year’s P500 million profit.
Alongside this, the MMDA also announced that complimentary passes are valid until the last day of screening on Jan. 14.
