Singapore’s premier luxury destination will welcome a new fine dining establishment in 2024 as French Restaurant Maison Boulud is making its debut in the Lion City.

Maison Boulud is an award-winning restaurant owned by acclaimed French chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud. Opening at the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) early next year, the Singapore branch marks the restaurant’s second location after Montreal.

While there’s no news yet on what the Maison Boulud MBS’ menu will be, Singaporean gourmands can expect soulful and seasonal dishes from the brand, carefully curated and inspired by the chef’s childhood memories. This includes the restaurant's signature dishes, Sole Meunière and Côte de Boeuf.

The MBS location will be helmed by executive chef Rémy Carmignani, who has previously worked in various renowned fine dining restaurants, including Riviera Forlino.

The new restaurant will span two floors, artfully designed by award-winning interior design house Joyce Wang Studio. It will be adorned with interior, décors, and furniture reminiscent of France’s coastal towns and hilltop villages.

To be situated at MBS’ The Shoppes, the restaurant will also offer a spectacular view of the Singapore skyline.

Learn more about Maison Boulud MBS by visiting Marina Bay Sand’s website.

Location: Maison Boulud, B1-15 & L1-83, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, 8 Bayfront Ave., Singapore
