The Only Non-stop Flight From Canada to Singapore Arrives at SG
After 16 hours and 5 minutes of non-stop flying, Air Canada’s inaugural flight from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) has arrived at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), marking the start of the airline’s service to the travel hub.
Air Canada’s new service will be the only direct flight linking Canada and Singapore. It is also Air Canada’s longest flight measured by distance, with a total of 13,000 kilometres.
The airline’s arrival in Singapore marks the start of its expansion, boosting Air Canada’s goal to be the preferred gateway to Asia. With four flights weekly, this non-stop flight service also aims to boost the economy and tourism in both destinations.
The airline will be using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners for the new flight, with the option to fly in Air Canada Signature Class, Premium Economy, and Economy, equipped with world-class facilities and service for the utmost comfort.
