Marina Square Offers New Experiences for the Whole Family this Summer

Get ready for the ultimate summer fun at Marina Square with the whole family. Happening from May 29 to June 23, the School Holidays Fiesta will feature a series of activities and workshops specifically designed to provide an exciting school break for kids and families.
Release the fun energy and jump around the inflatable playgrounds at Jumptopia Lite! Open from May 29 to June 17, you and your mini-mes can explore the two inflatable lands: Bell’s Soya Bliss and Happy’s Whimsical Haven. Tickets are priced at S$12 for 30 minutes and S$18 for an hour. Each ticket applies to children aged 12 years and below, with one supervising adult free of charge – but if both mom and dad want to spend time with the kids, additional adults can join with a fee.
The fun doesn’t stop there as kids can play at the Candy PlayLand from June 18 to 23 for free! Enjoy 10 minutes of free playtime and explore the inflatable fun, featuring peppermints, candy canes, and gumdrops galore by downloading the Marina Square App and registering to be a member.
If you prefer sitting back and relaxing instead of jumping around, you can bond with your loved ones in front of the big silver screen to enjoy movies with complimentary popcorn. Marina Square partners with Cinewav to present Silent Cinema to offer an indoor silent screening of two fan-favourite movies “Kung Fu Panda 3” and an outdoor screening of “Toy Story 4” at the Outdoor deck*.
Why is it called “Silent Cinema?” Well, moviegoers will have to bring their smartphones and headphones or earbuds to connect to the HD audio through the Cinewav App which plays in sync with the movie. Movie e-tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and are available via the Cinewav app.
Now, summer doesn’t mean kids have to stop learning! Maria Square will also host a series of workshops (with a fee) like the “Faber Castell Soft Pastel Workshop” for kids aged seven to 12 or the “Elmer’s Rainbow Melting Slime Workshop” for the little ones between four to twelve years old. There will also be “CocoArt’s Key Chain/Clips Making Workshop” on June 15 and “Love in a Bottle Terrarium Workshop” on June 23.
