When thinking about unwinding on weekends, Sentosa is one of the top spots that comes to mind. With several pop-ups and attractions happening here and there, people of all ages are sure to find a new place to explore or activity to try. Speaking of new activities, the Sentosa Sensoryscape is opening on March 14!

Nestled amidst lush greenery and shimmering waters, the new attraction allows visitors to embark on a journey unlike any other.

Immerse yourself in a sensory adventure in its 350m-long multisensory garden walkway that extends from Resorts World Sentosa to the beach. The place features six interactive zones designed to engage all five senses — Lookout Loop, Tactile Trellis, Scented Sphere, Symphony Streams, Palate Playground, and Glow Garden.

One of the most exciting features of the place is its use of augmented reality (AR) technology, accessible through the free ImagiNite app (available for both Android and iOS). This allows visitors to engage with interactive video projections, adding an extra layer of wonder to their experience. At the Lookout Loop, you can enjoy a moment of respite between the tall Pink Mempat trees in daylight or experience a mesmerising light spectacle at night.

Unlike other nature parks that may discourage touching the plants, the Tactile Trellis encourages visitors to get up close and personal with nature. Meanwhile, you can immerse your sense of smell at the Scented Sphere, where you can discover an aromatic landscape of Sentosa’s diverse flora.

And don’t miss out on the Palate Playground, which offers a unique tasting experience that allows visitors to sample the leaves of herbs and spices used in Singaporean cooking, or the Symphony Streams, where the sound of water echoes through the space, creating a truly immersive experience.

As dusk falls, Sentosa Sensoryscape transforms into a magical wonderland, with the entire pathway glowing with light. The Glow Garden, featuring giant stems with different hued lights at the tips, offers a photogenic (translation: Instagram-worthy!) area that is sure to be a favourite among visitors.

To top it all off? Admission is free! Whether you’re going with your family or friends, everyone will surely have fun. To visit this wonderland, ride the Sentosa Express, alight at the Imbiah station, then follow the Sensoryscape path.
