This September, Singapore’s fitness scene gets a powerful jolt of energy as AIA Ultimate FitnessFest 2025 takes over SCAPE Singapore on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 27 to 28, 2025. Designed to inspire healthier, longer, better lives, this dynamic, community-driven event blends competition, camaraderie, and purpose, bringing together university athletes, everyday fitness enthusiasts, and even Singapore’s strongest seniors.
The spotlight shines on the AUFF University Edition Finale, where top student teams from across Singapore will compete in a modified HYROX challenge. After weeks of campus qualifiers and pre-finals training, these teams will face off in a high-intensity showdown that tests endurance, strength, and teamwork.
Photo from Website/AIA Ultimate FitnessFest
Each team member must complete a series of stations, from 1,000m runs to wall balls and burpee broad jumps, with final scores determined by total time and bonus points earned during pre-finals activities.
But it’s not just the youth making waves. The Team Strong Silvers, a group of senior athletes, will take on the same stations alongside Gen Z competitors, proving that fitness knows no age. Their participation is a bold reminder that movement is for everyone, and that age is never a barrier to strength or transformation.
The event is part of AIA Singapore’s broader Rethink Healthy philosophy and aligns with its AIA One Billion movement, which aims to engage one billion people across Asia in healthier living. With both University and Open Editions, the FitnessFest offers an inclusive platform for anyone ready to challenge themselves and embrace functional fitness.
