According to online property portal PropertyGuru, the average cost of three-bedroom private condo units in Singapore ranges from S$900,000 to S$3 million depending on which region in Singapore you are located.

Park Colonial

This high-rise luxury condominium in Singapore is one of the most sought-after in the market today due to its “tranquil urban oasis.” It is seated along the Upper Serangoon Road/Woodleigh Lane, close to Woodleigh MRT station along the Northeast Line. With a total of about 734 units, Park Colonial offers a garden community through the Bidadari URA Masterplan estate.

URA means a “Community Within a Garden” where lush greenery and luxury living are combined. Residents, especially those who prefer living alone in peace, can take pleasure in the area’s rich heritage, wide green spaces, and convenient transportation connections. It’s just a stroll away from the North East (Purple) and Circle (Yellow) Line.

As part of the estate’s green features, some amenities that are worth exploring are the Bidadari Park, Alkaff Lake, and Heritage Walk, among others.

Park Colonial was developed by CEL Unique Development Pte Ltd, which is a consortium of Chip Eng Seng Corp, Heeton Holdings and KSH Holdings. Price ranges from S$793,000 to S$2.78 million, according to bedroom type.

The Gazania is a low-rise luxury condominium in Singapore that houses 250 units with up to four bedrooms each. It is just a stone’s throw away from The Lilium and is also located along How Sun Road, which is three minutes away from Bartley MRT station.

Condominium units cost from S$1.08 million to S$3.9 million depending on the unit type and number of rooms. The expected completion date is in July 2025.

Sloane Residences

Another freehold private condominium in Singapore is the Sloane Residences located on one of the top-rated places in the city-state, Balmoral Road. In 2019, it was awarded the best high-rise condominium and best condominium landscape in Singapore.
