Japan’s Iconic Music Festival to Head to BKK for the First Time Next Year

Here’s a good reason to get excited for 2024! A few days before the new year officially starts, concerts and festivals happening in Bangkok are already piling up, and one of them includes the first-ever Summer Sonic outside Japan, which will happen on Aug. 24-25 at IMPACT Arena.

Announcing the exciting news to everyone, Summer Sonic Bangkok 2024 is part of Summer Sonic’s new development to bring more artists around Asia and introduce them to the global market.

The official lineup is yet to be announced, but the festival teases fans that artists from Summer Sonic Japan are also set to join the Bangkok leg.

Bringing in local and international artists on the global stage since 2000, Summer Sonic has become one of the most anticipated music festivals in Japan. Now, the Bangkok stage is preparing to create its own history.
